With no hesitation we pick Ernst Stavro Blofeld the notorious leader of SPECTRE stroking his ubiquitous white cat, as our No. 1 Bond Villain. Spectre has the most appearances of allvillains in the Bond series. Spectre has been portrayed by Anthony Dawson (uncredited for his voice role) in From Russia with Love (1963) and Thunderball (1965), by Telly Savalas in On Her Majesty’s Secret Service (1969), by Charles Gray in Diamonds are Forever (1971) and by Donald Pleasence in You Only Live Twice (1967).
