Roger Stirling (John Slattery):

Will try and strike a balance between being a part of Joan and his child’s life and preserving the fidelity of their affair.

Betty Francis (January Jones):

It’s pretty clear that the honeymoon is over for Betty and Henry Francis, their marriage has disintegrated into hatred and misery and she will possibly seek out her second divorce. We’re also guessing that she will be struck by a longing for Don, which may lead to an extramarital affair for the both of them as they actively seek forbidden connections.

Pete Campbell (Vincent Kartheiser):

Will settle into his life as a father but knowing Pete’s tendencies to whine we can’t decide who will be the bigger baby, him or the little one in diapers. We’re also guessing Pete’s longing for Peggy isn’t over and when things get rough at home he may turn to her for comfort

Megan (Jessica Pare):

This character hasn’t been fully flushed out yet, but we’re guessing one of two things happen -One- she tries to become a copywriter and Don will feel conflicted, wanting his wife to stay at home.  Two – Megan will become pregnant at the moment that Don decides their marriage doesn’t fulfill the companionship he seeks.

This is of course all conjecture and until the Mad Men Season Premiere on Sunday, just food for thought. Titillation! Anticipation! Excitement! One thing is definite – we won’t be disappointed Sunday night.
