The voice work was well done but the immortal Mel Blanc could never be replaced. I am not sure if I will ever get used to the way Bugs sounds now but Daffy for the most part is spot on. The Looney Tunes show is entertaining although it fails to capture the classic dynamic between Bugs and Daffy that was present in the older shorts. Remember the classic short featuring Elmer Fudd with Daffy and Bugs and the great repartee as they try to convince the hunter about the legalities of the hunting season. The success of this show with kids will be through its characterization and strong setting elements, with an older crowd it just has to keep from straying too far from the formula and the hilarious, endearing, totally unique classic cartoon characters we all grew up with.
