MyETVmedia was delighted to speak with first time film producer Gary Safady (Safady Entertainment) about the making of the extraordinary movie Machine Gun Preacher. Here is Gary Safady just before at the World Premiere in Toronto, Canada, the TIFF Gala opening. Gary Safady and producer Craig Chapman were joined on the TIFF Red Carpet by Gerard Butler who plays Sam Childers, Chris Cornell who wrote and performed the hit song The Keeper for the movie, Sam Childers, the real protagonist and author of Another Man’s War, that the movie was based on and the screenwriter Jason Keller. A number of other stars in the movie including Michelle Monaghan, Soulemane Sy Savane and Michael Shannon were also there along with the director Marc Forster (Monster’s Ball, Quantum Of Solace, Finding Neverland). Chris Cornell has since appeared on Letterman and performed The Keeper which is also available on iTunes with all revenues going to Angels of East Africa.
