We loved the Korhani Runway Show at WMCFW in Toronto! It swept us away.
Korhani Home has brought innovative and cutting edge ideas to home fashion since their inception in 1902. Korhani stands for style with fashion, functionality and affordability. But it is so much more as was showcased at the current extravaganza on the WMCFW runway in Toronto. Beautiful colours, textures, motifs and creative lines surprised and delighted the audience.Korhani’s flamboyant fabrics used in home design and furnishings such as rugs, carpets and pillows were ingeniously refashioned into wearable fashion.
Gorgeous textures and shapes created a riot of colour and movement in skirts, jackets, dresses, tops and pants sported by both men and women. The show was accompanied by musical remixes from the movie soundtracks of “Bilitis“, a David Hamilton film and Joe Dassin – L’été Indien (Indian Summer). Creative, fun and thoroughly original – just what we have come to anticipate from Korhani Home.
