The 7th annual Igloofest will once again will be turning Jacques – Cartier Pier in the Old Ports of Montreal into an outdoor winter dance-fest wonderland. Check out Ritchie G, Mistress Barbara & more.

So what’s Igloofest got in store for you this weekend?

New York’s Zev Eisenberg and Gadi Mizrahi have created a culture of cool with Wolf + Lamb; a record label, club nights of the same name, artist collective and laid back dance sound that never takes itself too seriously or conforms to the “trendy” approach to music making.

We play passionate music that moves hearts, and not just feet.”- Wolf + Lamb

Catch them tonight! Closing off the festivities at the Sapporo Stage at 20:3

Janurary 18th Mutek @ Igloofest  All Day

Good news for all of you who can’t make it to MTL- KiNK will be playing a Toronto set…the …very…next…day. Daymn

Saturday January 19th High Klassified Virgin Mobile Igloo 20:30

The Montreal experimental electronic and hip-hop movement- known as Piu Piu is rapidly growing, gaining massive popularity in Europe and the U.S, so it’s about time that Montreal’s hottest musicians got some exposure back home. The multicultural aspect of the city as well as its root in bilingualism has really fostered a new sound that is completely unique to Montreal. Montreal’s High-Klassified’s sound could be coined as hip-hop/rap/experimental but according to his fans, it’s just pure “swag

Excited yet? Get a feel for the vibe with our highlights from last year! See you there Snowbunnies! xo
