Aliens: Colonial Marines Sega.
What the critics say:
So far video games based on blockbuster movies generally have not met our expectations. Will ‘Aliens: Colonial Marines’ fare any better? Additions to the game such as new weaponry in the M56 Smartgun, an impressive musical score by Kevin Riepl and new features to the game not found in the film may just do it.
“for now, folks will have to wait until Feb. 12 to see if Sega struck gold with what seems to be a promising title or will “Aliens: Colonial Marines” be another major set back for a struggling franchise looking to get back on their feet.”

The game’s recreation of the film’s looks and sounds amazing. Aliens: Colonial Marines has players be a part of the United States Colonial Marine squad as they prepare to confront hordes of the infamous aliens solo, or in four player co-op mode. Players must destroy the enemy with classic Aliens weaponry ranging from pulse rifles to flamethrowers as well as brand-new equipment. In co-op mode, each player assumes the persona of a United States Colonial Marine and has a distinct role to play in the completion of every mission. This game has gotten people talking; it will be worth looking into it.
