The 2nd annual ICFF (Italian Contemporary Film Festival) kicks off with an impressive lineup of 62 Italian and Italian-themed films Wednesday June 26th. The grand opening night gala party held at the Ritz Carlton follows the Italian box office hit “Benvenuto Presidente”, a political comedy starring Oscar winner Claudio Bisio (Mediterraneo). The ICFF will also showcase six feature films in Montreal this year at the Cinematheque Quebecoise June 26 – 30th. Toronto screenings will take place at TIFF Bell Lightbox, The Royal Alexandra Theatre and AMC Interchange in Vaughan. Each year the ICFF awards films in four different categories:

• ICFF People’s Choice Award • Angela Baldassarre Award • IC Saving Award • Best Short Film
