#2: Golden Gun The Man With The Golden Gun (1974)
One of the most famous guns in the James Bond films is the Golden Gun manufactured by the world famous gunsmith Lazar. It is the weapon of choice for Francisco Scaramanga(Christopher Lee) an assassin, the best in the world, who charges one million dollars per kill and only uses golden bullets to kill Bond (Roger Moore). Totally ‘to die for’ and deadly this little gun is even easier to conceal than 007’s Walther PPK. The 4.2 calibre Golden Gun is made up of 5 components. These were a ballpoint pen (the barrel), cigarette lighter (the chamber), cigarette case (the handle), cuff link (the trigger) and a bullet stored on Scaramanga‘s belt. Each component was made out of solid gold and could be assembled and disassembled within seconds. The gun only shoots a single bullet.
