Canada’s largest Electronic Music all white party better know as BAL EN BLANC

On April 24^th digital playground returns with the 17^th installment of BAL EN BLANC

Palais de Congrais, the stunning Montréal convention centre will again be transformed into the stage for an all evening white party event featuring top House and Trance DJ/producers such as Tiesto and Armand Van Helden. Dress code… simply white… However being creative within the white parameter can make the difference between being at the event and being part of the event. BAL EN BLANC is of course much more than simply a party with a white dress code. The white represents the welcoming of spring, the change of seasons, youth and life. The Convention centre in Montréal will be totally transformed to compliment and enhance the celebration. Intelligent lighting, projections screens, LED displays and complementary themed decorations are just the beginnig. The DJ’s will be driving a massive sound system powerful enough to satisfy even the harshest critics.  (Earplugs!)  Last Year the event featured the world famous GodsKitchen BoomBox, a massive visual system that features the dj’s and dancers within a  massive visual projection “boombox”.  New  features will hopefully match the boombox wow factor this year. A special live performance by Tania Zygar in additon to other surprises should make this a unique and memorable white party event.

Many people choose to make the event more of a masquerade by not only coming in white but also in costume. White aliens, Fairies and bunnies can be seen frolicking through the party adding to the scenery as the costume’s become a feature of the event. There is no excuse not to be stylish in white. If you don’t have a costume you should still dress to impress!. Finding talent in the lineup is simple. In addition to Tiesto, the house stage features Armand Van Helden, a classic house music legend and a must see dj at Bel en Blanc. However this type of event is as much about the party as it is about the music they play there. Jamming in the white party atmosphere is reason enough to attend Bal en Blanc. With north of 15000 people and great new talent like AVICII playing for the first time at Bal en Blanc in Montréal, the reasons to attend pile up fast! The event is currently sold at the box office so if you don’t already have a ticket you should look for promoters or stores that may have tickets before giving up.
