E3 at the L.A. CONVENTION CENTRE – The Journey Begins

Everything fantastic about video gaming and the video gaming universe has reached LA! Myetvmedia is attending E3 for the first time. We are pumped. Arriving yesterday we went straight to the LA Convention Center for press badges. Driving from LAX the local radio station set the mood with tunes by ‘Wanted Dead or Alive’, ‘Jimmy Hendricks’, ‘Rolling Stones’ and ‘Steve Miller Band’. Sun shining, we met up with other press on their way in. The excitement level is high. A massive show is being mounted around and inside the LA Convention Centre. The world’s greatest storytellers are redefining this industry and everyone is flocking to the interactive digital world for the amazing fun.

First up is the Microsoft Press Conference ahead of E3 on Monday morning, then EA’s Press Conference at noon, Ubisoft follows in the afternoon and then SONY rounds out the day. You can follow this all live on Gametrailers.com – a superb showcase of the whole event. So tune in from where ever you are. Monday night JAGEX is hosting a pre-E3 Happy Hour in honour of the 2012 Transformers MMO.

SCEA Press Conference and Special Event
Monday, June 6th, Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena starting at 3:30 with a Pre-show reception with world renowned DJs and LAs best food trucks including Empanadarama, Yappy Dog, Cheeseball Wagon, Komodo and more. The Press Conference follows and then hands on time with almost all of the press conference content on over 120 PS3 and NGP kiosks. Arcade to include special appearances and musical talent and a Special performance at 8pm.

June 7th, Tuesday NINTENDO holds a press conference and will unveil its much anticipated, new video games console Project Café. Parrot will hold a press conference in the outdoor Concourse Walkway with CEO and founder Henri Seydoux.

Now get on your most comfortable shoes – opening Exhibition Day June 8th and the agenda is loaded! There are 2 colossal exhibit halls The West Hall and The South Hall and you would need a smart car to get around the whole place. On our list will be Paramount, Disney Interactive and CD Projekt Red (Witcher 2). We will also catch up with TERA, The Avenger, and InComm. Our cameras will scope the exhibit floors and bring you inside this incredible experience. In the South Hall we will look for Nexon America Inc., Wargaming/Origin PC, N-Control/The Avenger, Forth Dimension Displays (Replicating Reality) and En Masse Entertainment, TERA, Gazillion, Razer, NOX Audio, Origin Genesis Creative Labs, Memorex, Majesco/Reverb Games, Blood Rayne Betrayal, Zumba Fitness 2, CPU coding, Dolby Digital Sound, Super Hero Squad Online and Fortune Online, 505 Games, NVIDIA and everyone else with incredible, mind blowing creative ideas.
